Nutrients lost after Green Smoothie is pulped..
Does anybody have any information as to how much, in the way of nutrients, are lost once a Green Smoothie is blended and served? Either from fresh ingredients or refrigerate or frozen?
e.g. after becoming thawed, I notice the apple turns brown!
I like to drink my Green Smoothie throughout the afternoon from a thermos flash at work (made at home) of which is kept cool.
